YOGA WORKSHOPS

ONE OFF PAMPER FOR MOTHERS DAY

This is an opportunity to focus on the eyes, nose, ears, throat and feet. This unique technique will enable the feet to be supple helping with balance for better alignment in Asana. This will also help relieve stress, head aches, vocal strain, dull taste buds and neck/shoulder pain.

CHAIR & OSTEO (3 points)

This workshop will enable participants to sit on a chair and give them the opportunity to do yoga when otherwise it is not appropriate nor possible for them to sit on the floor. Inner Cor have spent many years researching the benefits of yoga when one suffers from Osteoporosis. This workshop will give the participants the opportunity to learn the specialised and modified Asana to assist in alleviating pain and discomfort through the great benefits of yoga and Pranayama.

CHAKRA/NIRDRA  (3 points)
9th July 2011, 1-4pm

Participants in this workshop will receive great knowledge in learning the depth and benefits of all aspects of the colour/sound etc of the Chakra meditations. Included in this workshop will be the techniques of Nirdra and the outstanding benefits of this technique.  

ASANA/ALIGNMENT  (3 points)
13th August 2011 1-4pm
Cost $150.00
An opportunity to learn the correct alignment in selected Asanas and allowing the participant to experience the benefits that alignment can give and creating a far  greater ease when sustain the postures.

WHAT COST IS YOUR BREATH?   (3 points)

Cost $150.00
Participants will cover several styles of breathing the benefits and effectiveness the breath has on the brain, energy levels, vibrancy and wellbeing.
