Officise made Easy

Pauline and Melita, have successfully written the must have book for all hard working, stressed, aching  bodied workers and those who travel for work and play.

This book came about after it came apparent to both Pauline and Melita that neck, back, shoulder, and wrist injuries or strains were becoming more common in workplaces across Australia.

Pauline and Melita developed the "Officise made easy" program after working with injured office workers, athletes, school teachers, students and Aged Care workers. The program is deliberately simple, takes minimal time and you don't need special gym gear or equipment, you can do it as it suits you and you can use it when you are travelling.

"I thoroughly recommend you take the time to invest in your health and wellbeing and incorporate these exercises into your day." Dr. Anthony McDonald Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.

An Australian Yoga First for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing People

Inner Cor Yoga™ and Vicdeaf have produced Australia’s first Yoga DVD with sign language. With the help of James Blyth, an Auslan teacher, Inner Cor Yoga’s “Everyday Yoga” DVD can now also fully benefit the one million plus people affected by hearing loss in Australia.

Swami Prema Ananda, (Pauline Rooney) founder of Inner Cor Yoga™, and Director of Trinity Inner Cor Yoga Academy, is passionate that yoga be accessible to everyone. Over her 30 years of teaching, she has used yoga to assist countless individuals, fitness professionals, pregnant women, children, injured, infirmed, the elderly, now the Deaf community and people hard of hearing.

Inspired by love for her niece, Jodie Wood, who was born profoundly deaf, Swami recognizes the difficulties hearing loss yoga enthusiasts can encounter. Most notably lip reading instructors whose faces turn as poses are demonstrated, is near impossible. The new “Everyday Yoga” DVD allows the Deaf and those with hearing loss to reap the health benefits yoga affords any time at home.

The Inner Cor “Everyday Yoga” DVD with Auslan and subtitles is available for purchase. To purchase the DVD please click here. Alternatively, if paying by cheque, the DVD will be sent after cheque clearance. Send your cheque, payable to Inner Cor Yoga, to P.O. Box 435, Belmont 3216.
