Not only are Yoga classes fun, but you can be rejuvenated, stress free, physically fit and strong both mentally and physically. Classes cater for all age groups, and ability, giving you the opportunity to meet new friends. Inner Cor™ Yoga currently runs morning, afternoon, and evening classes from Monday to Saturday. If there is not a class near you, please contact us as, we may be able to conduct one in your area. Schools Inner Cor™ Yoga's carefully chosen program helps the adolescent find inner peace and happiness. Learning is enhanced, fitness improved, stress levels lowered enabling a smoother transition from adolescence to adulthood. Our experience shows that students benefit by relieving stress, tension and increasing physical fitness and well being. Students gain a positive outlook towards their future and are able to proficiently apply themselves in all areas of study, achieving their goals and dreams with enjoyment and ease.
